Etna bianco

Variety: Carricante Tasting Notes: A remarkably fresh wine, pleasantly persistent with an appropriate balance of acidity and minerality. A careful selection and blend of historical indigenous varieties from the vineyards of the two contrada Piano dei Daini and Santo Spirito.

Variety: Nerello Mascalese Tasting Notes: This Cru Vico, is an elegant wine with an extraordinary complexity. It expresses all of its potential from a unique and ancient terroir, Etna. It comes from one of the very few parcels in the contrada Santo Spirito that were not covered by the lava flow of 1879.
