87% Syrah – 8% Merlot – 5% Montepulciano Fresh and fruity notes on the nose, with dominant hints of raspberry, cherry, strawberry, and berries. Light floral nuances and spicy notes enrich the aromatic bouquet. Taste: The wine has good freshness and a balanced structure with light, pleasant tannins.

TECH SHEET

All the grapes of the varieties used in the blend were harvested when they reached technological and phenolic maturity. They were then destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 26°C for approximately 10 days with selected yeasts. After completing the alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation took place. Finally, the wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, gaining greater complexity and structure.
