Barbera d'Alba DOC

Variety: Barbera Tasting Notes: Brilliant, ruby red, good intensity. Floral (roses), fruit (cherry and subsequently sour black cherry), fresh, clean, characteristic. Dry, warm, good body, fresh, discreet tannins, balanced, very intense finish with sensations reminiscent of the bouquet and decidedly fruity.

Variety: Nebbiolo Tasting Notes: Brilliant, garnet red, good intensity, with slight garnet/orange highlights. Ethereal, intense and persistent, with scents of violet, cherry, spices (cinnamon, cloves), vanilla and leather. Variety: Barbera-Nebbiolo-cabernet Tasting Notes: Brilliant, deep garnet red with ruby highlights. Intense and persistent, ethereal, with fruit sensatio ns (cherry), discreet and delicate notes from the wood (earthy sensations) reminiscent of vanilla, brushwood and tobacco. Dry, full, warm, smooth, with notable structure, suitably tannic, balanced. Complex and persistent finish reminiscent of milk chocolate.
