Barbera d'Alba DOC

Variety: Barbera Tasting Notes: Brilliant, ruby red, good intensity. Floral (roses), fruit (cherry and subsequently sour black cherry), fresh, clean, characteristic. Dry, warm, good body, fresh, discreet tannins, balanced, very intense finish with sensations reminiscent of the bouquet and decidedly fruity.

Barolo del Comune di Serralunga DOCG

Variety: Nebbiolo Tasting Notes: Brilliant, garnet red, good intensity, with slight garnet/orange highlights. Ethereal, intense and persistent, with scents of violet, cherry, spices (cinnamon, cloves), vanilla and leather. Dry, warm, with generous body, robust a nd suitably tannic but not too austere, smooth, balanced, with an intense and persistent finish characterised by sensations reminiscent of the bouquet.

Variety: Chardonnay Tasting Notes: B rilliant and intense straw yellow. Very intense, persistent, fresh, with notes of banana and pineapple, toasted hazelnut and butter. Harmonious, full, with aftertaste sensations reminiscent of the bouquet, fresh, pleasa nt and very persistent.

Langhe Chardonnay DOC

Variety: Chardonnay Tasting Notes: Pale straw ye llow, with slight greenish highlights, brilliant. Very intense, persistent, fresh, with notes of banana and pineapple, toasted hazelnut and butter. Harmonious, full and warm, with a pleasantly tasty and persistent finish.

Langhe Nebbiolo Vigna Ornati DOC

Variety: Nebbiolo-cabernet Tasting Notes: Brilliant, deep garnet red with ruby highlights. Intense and persistent, ethereal, with fruit sensatio ns (cherry), discreet and delicate notes from the wood (earthy sensations) reminiscent of vanilla, brushwood and tobacco. Dry, full, warm, smooth, with notable structure, suitably tannic, balanced. Complex and persistent finish reminiscent of milk chocolate.

Nebbiolo d'Alba Doc Sori Ornati

Variety: Nebbiolo Tasting Notes: Brilliant, garnet red, good intensity. Ethereal, intense, floral (violet), fruity (plum and raspberry). Spicy notes subsequently emerge. Dry, warm , full bodied, suitably tannic, smooth and balanced, of notable freshness and character.

Roca Neira

Variety: Barbera Tasting Notes: Brilliant, deep purplish ruby red with violet highlights. Open, intense, persistent, fruity (raspberry, then sour black cherry and wild dwarf cherry), spicy with lightly toasted sensations that give way to milk chocolate, clean, characteristic Dry, full, warm , balanced, with well integrated tannins, very intense and long finish with sensations reminiscent of the bouquet with delicate notes of toasted hazelnuts.

Sori Rocca

Variety:Dolcetto d'Alba. Tasting Notes: Bright ruby red with obvious violet highlights. Intense, persistent, fresh, fruity (berries, cherry). Dry, warm, balanced, of notable structure: perceivable tannins as is correct f or this type of wine, with a slightly dry, characteristic almond finish, pleasant to drink
