Its made with the traditional technique with the second fermentation on the Amarone skins; during this process, unique flavours are released from the skins and the Ripasso takes from them color, flavor and body. An aging period in oak barrels gives an extraordinary elegance to this Ripasso ??Collezione?. Intense ruby red in color. It is able to surprise with its fully-developed smell, high sensation of fruits under spirits and black pepper. In the mounth is very power in the beginning, then the smoothness of mature tannins conveys cozy and velvety feelings. At the end a little acid perception makes Ripasso so long in the taste.
